Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

At this time, we are not accepting returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, please let us know, and we will do everything in our power to correct it.

Damages and Shipping Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Note that we cannot correct damage issues after one week of delivery, as damages after this timeframe could be at the result of the buyer.

Should the item arrive after it’s estimated time of arrival, have cosmetic or operating damage, or any other shipping issues, please consult the shipping carrier for reimbursement. Once we handoff the package to the carrier, we are not responsible for non-delivery, damaged, or delayed goods. We will help in whatever way possible to file a shipping carrier claim for reimbursement should the case require it, and aid you in re-placing your order for a replacement item.

Cancellations

At this time, we are only accepting cancellations up to one hour after order placement to aid in correcting accidental orders. We do not acknowledge buyers remorse. However, if there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to work with you and your situation.
